When you create an account or use SokoByte, we may collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, account role, phone listings, prices, locations, descriptions, and messages or support requests you submit.

2. How we use information

We use this information to operate SokoByte, authenticate accounts, publish and manage listings, provide search and marketplace features, respond to support requests, and improve the service.

3. Marketplace listings

Information included in a published listing may be visible to other SokoByte users. Do not put passwords, payment credentials, identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information in a public listing.

4. Account security

Keep your login credentials private. SokoByte uses Supabase Authentication for account authentication. We do not ask you to send your password to support.

5. Third-party services

SokoByte relies on infrastructure and service providers such as Supabase and hosting and AI providers where required to operate particular features. Information is shared with those providers only as needed for the relevant service.

6. AI assistant

The SokoByte AI assistant can search published marketplace listings. It is designed to use approved search data rather than direct database access. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, or other sensitive information to the AI assistant.

7. Your choices

You may manage your account through SokoByte. If you need help with an account or privacy request, contact support through the Support page.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as SokoByte develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
